Selected Works of Great Skeptics and other Critical Thinkers

What study of the Bible and Bible literature would be complete without looking at others who have written against the Bible as the Word of God?

Thomas Paine "debunked" the Bible without even having a copy in hand in the first part of the Age of Reason. He methodically unlocked the lies that have been hidden in "scripture" since they were written. In the second part of the Age of Reason he was more prepared. He opened the Bible and pointed out fallacy after fallacy. In Examination of the Prophecies, Mr. Paine has looked at all of the verses called prophecies relating to Jesus and shown how they are false and have nothing to do with Jesus.I encourage anyone with any interest in truth, whatsoever, to take the time to read all three of these monumental works.

As time goes by, I will add more to this page. I will add works by Whelless, Ingersoll, Hume, Bessant, etc.
