I am just curious as to how smart you think you are?
That is not at all meant to be an offensive statment. I am also curious as to whether or not you asked anyone for help when you were searching for answers in the Bible. Are you aware that the World Wide Church of God was founded by one man serching for answers and not asking for any help in understanding. Also do you know that Jehovah's Witnesses say that you can't understand the Bible unless you use their guide book. The point I am driving at is were you searching all by yourself with no one else giving you input as well. I agree that many things in the Bible do seem to not be true. What kind of Christians do you know? Are they the kind that tell you that God has a plan for your life? Just another question....this one was not answered on your page. Do you understand all that there is to understand about who God is. I don't want to take much of your time and I don't care if you write back to me or not. Don't take the Bible as a whole just yet. Don't believe in a God that you are not aware of. By no means am I discounting your search for knowledge. If you could put on your site what it is that you think God is and what you think he does that would be helpful. You say that you don't hate Christians and I believe you. You seem to be a well educated individual and I must return to my first question. You have said that you do not know everything...I don't either...my brain couldn't take it if I could know everything. I have to be careful because you seem the sort that if I try to get persuasive then you might stop reading so I must end this here. Just a side note...Prayer does not change God...It changes us (in response to your asking for prayer so we won't have that time for anything else). I applaud your search.
